Spirit Tracks are a collection of intuitive articles, thoughts and concepts inspired by Spirit and influenced by my own person experience. You may find some of what is shared here ‘rings true’ for you and that’s a nice confirmation that someone else has experienced what you may be going through.
Some of this stuff might feel too far out. Fair enough! Take what feels okay and leave the rest…we all walk toward the same Light from different directions.

My Heart reaches out
And touches
The twilight rays
Upon the mountain peak,
And I become aware
I AM
The rays and the mountain peak.
The turquoise water
Married to the sky
Of evening’s soft approach
Beckons to my smiling soul,
And I become aware
I AM
The water and the sky.
The wailing wind blows
Through mountain forests
Eager for its
Powerful embrace,
And I become aware
I AM
The wind and the mountain forest.
Each thing my senses
Fall upon draws me in
And I become aware
I AM it.
And I remember Who I AM,
I remember What I AM,
I remember I AM ONE with All That Is
I remember I AM ‘That’ I AM.

In the eyes of a child,
In the song of a bird,
In the rays of morning’s song, and
In a rainbow painted sky …
I AM lost in the Light,

In the tears of Heart’s Joy,
In the smile so softly kind,
In the kiss of Heaven’s lips, and
The warmth of loving arms …

Your Choice

I AM not
some fickle lover,
I AM constant
beyond the shining sun.
You cannot sway
My Love for you,
behind every mask you wear
I hold your heart gently.
I do not ask
for your Love,
I AM complete
requiring no-thing from you.
You may join Me
if you chose,
extending the Love your Are
to the Me you Are.
It is already the Truth
that has never left you,
your choice is but
your awareness of It.
